Orders
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated..
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received.
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing will already have taken place.
Returns and Exchanges
We will meet all your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after purchase and/or, are unable to be resold as new, or are missing parts, cannot be exchanged or refunded. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. Note some Pharmacy medicines cannot be returned once they have left the store, as we cannot guarrantee how they have been stored, which can effect the medicine.
Refunds
