Producing a beautiful red coloured tea which can be enjoyed hot or cold. Rich in vitamin C which may be beneficial at times of illness.
Use 1 tsp per cup of boiling water, cover and infuse for 5-10min before enjoying.
Adult - up to 3 cups daily
Child 7-12yrs - 1/2 the adult dose
Not suitable in pregnancy and breastfeeding
Put one teaspoon of dried flowers into a cup, cover with boiling water. Cover and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups daily
