How to use it
Directions:
- Take 3 x capsules with food daily, we recommend 2x at breakfast & 1x at lunch. You can take all 3x capsules together if desired
- To ensure maximum absorption, we recommend that you take Mum’s One away from beverages such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
- Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.
Pair with:
We recommend taking this product alongside BePure Two Probiotic and BePure Three Fish Oil for the beneficial bacteria and DHA/EPA to support a healthy pregnancy. An additional folate supplement is also recommended to reach the recommended 800 mcg.
Consult with your healthcare professional before using this product if:
- You are on thyroid medication
- Using blood thinning drugs such as warfarin
