Use 1tsp per cup of boiling water, cover and infuse for 5min before enjoying.
Adult - up to 3 cups daily
Baby doses 1/2 tsp cooled tea
Can be used externally for headaches and sore gums by making a compress - cool the tea, soak a piece of cloth and place on target area
